We pledge to process all returned products quickly as possible with the highest level of service that we can possibly provide. Let our highly experienced staff diagnose your unit's issue and repair it, whether its new or old.

Returning a unit does not grantee that the unit can be reapired. Sometimes not every unit can be repaired easily or is "Beyond Economic Repair". If that is the case, the sender well be notified of such a finding and will be dealt with on a "Case-by-Case" Basis.


Bulbsthatlast4ever™ Returns & Repairs Department also serves as an e-mail based support system, we typical respond within 48 hours (excluding weekends or major U.S. holidays). Please use the "E-mail Express" button provided below, which as been setup with a default "Subject" header. Our staff will be looking for this default subject header in all incomming e-mails being sent to us. Please do not change this "Subject", if you change it your message could be indentified as SPAM and be deleted without being read.



Returning Product Procedure:

Any Bulbsthatlast4ever™ product owner wanting to submit a “Warranty Repair” must perform the following procedure.

  • Download our “Request for Repair” form below or call our Help Line at 818-239-2683 to request a Product Return Authorization.

  • Fill-in all the information requested on the form. Read carefully the “Terms & Agreement” section of the form. Then sign and date the form. This form must be signed by the submitting customer or your request for repair will be denied.

  • The signed "Request For Repair" form and proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale, receipt invoice, or vendor sales slip which is evidence of that the unit is within the Warranty period must accompany unit to obtain warranty service. Non-warranty repairs only require the signed “Request for Repair” form.

  • In the event of product warranty expiration by passing of 365-day period or implications of any items stated in “Product Warranty Agreement”. The submitter must pay a $10 evaluation fee to have their product evaluated by Bulbsthatlast4ever™ repairs department, how to make this payment or payment options can be found on the “Request for Repair” form. Any units in need of repair will be subject to a labor rate of $15/hr plus the cost of replacement parts. Current replacement cost for Red LEDs are $0.50 each and White LEDs are $2.00 each.

  • A return label with shipping address is provided on the “Request for Repair” form. Help Line callers will be giving the return address over the phone during their call to the Help Line.
  • Additional Terms & Conditions:

  • Product owner will receive a quote/estimate to repair the returned unit via electronic-mail or conventional mail prior to starting any repairs.
  • Non-warranty repairs must have the $10 Evaluation Charge Payment accompany the unit in the form as an US Postal Office Money Order or must pay by PayPal prior to sending unit to be evaluated.
  • The Product owner is responsible to pay the amount due within 14 days, via the instructions in the quote/estimate (e.g. PayPal, Money Order, or Bank Certified Check).
  • Upon receiving the payment for the requested amount of the quote/estimate, the repair will start. Upon completion of the repairs, the unit will then be shipped back to its owner. If payment has not been received, the unit will be retained for 60-days until payment has been received.
  • If payment has not been received after the 60-days, the unit will be returned un-repaired to its owner.
  • No further "Warranty" will be offered on any repairs made under this agreement.
  • The "Repair Request Form" must be filled out properly and be signed by the requester, otherwise no further action or repairs will take place.
