Does not apply to any Special Order Items such as "Limited Builds" or "Custom Design Products", items will ship when they are available. General Shipping Policies: (Revised April 1, 2008) Shipping Charges: Our shipping charges will be based on the purchase amount at the time of checkout. Domestic Customers: All domestic orders totaling less than $100 will be shipped via US Priority Mail. All orders totaling greater than $100 will be shipped via UPS Ground Services; typical delivery time for either service is 3-5 days. The package recipient may receive an e-mail from either of the above mentioned shipping agencies confirming your shipment information, which may include the package/s tracking or confirmation number. All orders will be insured for their full purchase amount, minus shipping and handling charges. If there are any discrepancies regarding your packages condition, the item recipient must contact the shipping agency to file a claim within 24-48 hours of the delivery. Any Customers requesting delivery to Post Office Boxes will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail with insurance, no matter the purchase amount. International Customers: All international orders are shipped via US Postal Air Mail; typical delivery time is 7-10 days to most countries. Pacakge recipients are responsible for any “Import Duties”, if applicable. Packages shipped with this service are shipped “UNINSURED” for the standard shipped charges calculated at the time of purchase. These types of packages are sent “At Customer's Risk”, if the package were to get lost or damaged, they will not be covered. For information, refer to the "Disclaimer" below. Insurance is available at 2 times the shipping charge shown at checkout when using our on-line ordering system; contact Our Sales Team for more details. Sorry, No type of "Tracking Services" are available for this type of service. All package or handling related damages need to handled with the appropriate shipping agency that was contracted to deliver the recipient's package. Any lost packages will require a "Loss Claim Form", which must be filed with the appropriate shipping agency.
