Before entering into any agreement for services with Bulbsthatlast4ever™, You must agree to the following: Legal Disclaimer: Bulbsthatlast4ever™ or it's representatives will be held harmless from any incidental or consequential property damages or personal injuries arising from or in connection with the use or installation of any products or devices into any motor vehicle intended to be operated on state or federal highways or roadways. The current vehicle owner and all subsequent owner/s with already equipped with any of Bulbsthatlast4ever™ Products must adhere to agree with this statement. Intellectual Properties (IP): Bulbsthatlast4ever™ reserves all rights to any designs made under any of the foregoing packages or services listed on our website, web-pages or through any other electronic or conventional communincations. Bulbsthatlast4ever™ owns all rights to all IP for any device made under this agreement. Bulbsthatlast4ever™ can manufacture, market, and distribute any product that they seem fit, without any written consent of any client that made the initial request to make that product for them. Payments: All payments must be made "In-Full" prior to starting any work on any project under this agreement. The client has 7 calendar days to cancel any projects after the payment has been received for a full refund. Thereafter "NO REFUNDS" will be issued to the client for any reason. The client will receive the product/s or device/s that they contracted Bulbsthatlast4ever™ to design and manufacture for them within the lead-time that was quoted to the client prior to starting the project. For any reason, you do not agree with any of these statements, do not enter into a service agreement. Please read our Shipping Policies before placing your order. Notice: "The Requester" is responsible to send a complete sample light assembly for design purposes or supply the following information, year, make, model, of vehicle the design will be used. Then we will purchase the light assembly, "The Purchaser" will be charged for the light assembly plus an hourly rate to locate the light assembly plus milage or shipping charges.
